Fibre There are two variations of dietary fibre, soluble and insoluble.

Soluble fibre dissolves in the digestion tract with the help of water whereas insoluble doesn’t, hence the names. Both types aid in lowering blood cholesterol, improving bowel health, regulating bowel movement and improve blood glucose levels.
