- Homemade baked goods are an awesome way to prep breakfast for those fast paced mornings. Try healthy banana breads or oatmeal breakfast cookies.
- Prepping things like boiled eggs or chopped veggies and fruit like berries, bananas, apples, avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms or onions can make preparing breakfast in the morning a lot easier and provide more choices.
- Greek yogurt is a great protein source to have in the morning, pair with fruits, granola, chia seeds, nuts or honey.
- Zucchini fritters can be altered to add in any veggies to suit your taste buds and are easy for meal prepping though out the week!
- To make things even easier, make a breakfast bowl and clean out your fridge at the same time! Whatever you have in the house, mix it up! For example scrabbled eggs with cooked diced sweet potato and mushrooms, slice up some avocado, add some greens for volume and crumple over some feta.
